Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Cardrive.in, we aim to provide a transparent, fair, and reliable booking experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which bookings can be cancelled and how refunds are processed.

1. Cancellation by Customer

Customers can cancel their bookings through our mobile application or web portal under the following rules:

  • Prior to Driver Dispatch: Cancellations made before a driver is assigned or dispatched are 100% free. You will receive a full refund of the booking amount.
  • After Driver Dispatch / Arrival: If you cancel after the assigned driver has already been dispatched or has arrived at your pickup location, a flat cancellation fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your payment to compensate the driver partner. The remaining balance will be refunded to you.
  • Ongoing Rides: Once the driver starts the ride (OTP shared and verified), no cancellations or refunds are permitted under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation by Cardrive.in / Driver Partners

In rare circumstances (such as driver emergency, severe weather, or structural network issues), a booking might be cancelled by the platform or driver partner.

  • If Cardrive.in cancels your booking due to driver unavailability, we will issue a 100% full refund of your payment. No cancellation fee will apply.

3. Refund Processing Time

Upon successful cancellation approval:

  • All refunds are automatically credited back to the original payment source (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet) used at the time of checkout.
  • Depending on your banking partner, it generally takes 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account or wallet.
  • An email and SMS confirmation will be sent to your registered contact details once the refund is initiated from our end.

4. Dispute Resolution & Support

If your payment was deducted but you did not receive a booking confirmation, or if your refund is delayed beyond 7 business days, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support:
