  • Device & Usage Info: IP addresses, browser types, mobile device identifiers, operating system, and app usage logs.

2. Use of Information

We use the collected information for the following business purposes:

  • To match customers with available professional drivers in Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, and Puri.
  • To process payments securely through our integrated payment gateways (Razorpay).
  • To send service notifications, OTP verifications, and invoice details.
  • To detect, prevent, and mitigate security risks, fraud, and system abuses.
  • To comply with regulatory obligations under Indian law.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with:

  • Driver Partners: We share customer names, phone numbers, and pickup locations with drivers assigned to fulfill a booking.
  • Payment Service Providers: Transaction data is shared directly with Razorpay to process payments securely.
  • Legal Authorities: When required by court order, law enforcement request, or applicable legal process under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

4. Security Gating

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security controls to safeguard your data. This includes encryption of data in transit (SSL/TLS) and secure databases (Firebase and SQLite). However, no online transmission method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.

5. Your Choices & Rights

You have the right to access, update, or correct your personal profile information at any time by logging in to the mobile app or web portal. You may also contact our support team to request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
